Personal Training Programmes:

Choose from one-to-one Training sessions, one-to-one Pilates or Circuit Classes.

Your programme begins with a thorough initial assessment of your fitness levels, desired goals, posture, eating habits and general lifestyle. Following this you will receive your own Personalised Training Programme, specifically tailored to fulfil your individual needs and goals, and regularly modified to maximise your progress. A combination of innovative training methods, tried and tested techniques and effective core activities are used to create fun, flexible and highly motivational sessions that can be conducted in the comfort of your own home, in a London-based gym or outdoors.

Training with George has re-invigorated and re-energised my fitness and personal well-being. George's holistic approach to fitness has taken my enjoyment of training and fitness to a new level. Each session is very varied, given George's expertise in areas which include pilates and mobility as well as traditional cardiovascular and strength training. It has also brought to the fore my enjoyment of running, climbing, biking, skiing and hiking....much of which I wouldn't have tried out without George's encouragement and fitness advise.

Founder of Natural Evolution, George Dick (BSc Hons), is an inspirational, sought-after Personal Trainer passionate about helping people to reach their optimum in health, fitness and wellbeing. His comprehensive, holistic approach has evolved from 20 years diverse experience in the health and fitness industry and is rooted in a desire to share his in-depth knowledge, skills and expertise in order to benefit others.

George designs and delivers one-to-one individualized, Personal Training Programmes, suitable for people of all fitness levels, at various locations in and around London. His training sessions are well-organised, fun and extremely popular with a wide range of clients who include: city workers, businessmen/ women, pro-sportsmen/women, pregnant and post-pregnancy mothers.

George’s motivational style, natural aptitude for teaching and playful enthusiasm have gained him a strong following at the chic, London-based Heartcore Fitness Studio’s where he currently enjoys his role as an Instructor in Pilates Plus (a system developed by U.S. SPX Sports Dynamique). He is also Personal Trainer for the upmarket luxury retreat company in:spa-retreats, (featured in May 2009 edition of 'Conde Naste' magazine) at exclusive locations across Europe and Morocco. Well respected for his high quality Personal Fitness Training, George was recently hired by in:spa as Fitness Advisor to co-design their new fitscape-retreats.

A qualified ski instructor, George has worked with the prestigious British Ski School in Zermatt, Switzerland over the last four Christmas seasons. He has also been Senior Fitness Coach for the high profile Crystal Palace football team and Senior Personal Trainer and Manager at Matt Roberts in Mayfair.

George is committed to his own professional development and regularly attends Functional Movement courses and workshops with ‘FASTER’. He trained as a Pilates Instructor with the Australian Physio & Pilates Institute (A.P.P.I.) and continues to attend Pilates courses to keep up-to-date with developments in this field. George is also studying for his Level 2 skiing qualification with ‘British Association of Snowsport Instructors’ (BASI).

I have been training with George for many years now and I always look forward to another session with him. The quality of his training is very impressive, every workout is unique and fits in with the type of things I enjoy - a great way to keep my general fitness up and interest going! George is not only extremely approachable and friendly, he is also an excellent motivator and his knowledge and understanding of personal fitness and nutrition is second to none. He is the first trainer that has actually made me feel and realise that I am capable of a lot more than I thought I was!
